OK, let’s have some fun and open up a conversation around an ad that was running in the UK. Watch this ad and then share your thoughts on any of the following questions:

- What do they represent?
- Who is this ad targeted at…men or women?
- What emotion(s) does it evoke?
- Is this clever advertising or just entertaining?
- Did “you get it” watching the first time or did you have to watch multiple times for the message to absorb? What is the message you got?
- Did it ever enter your mind that the cowering dog was mistreated or abused?
Apparently this ad was pulled form circulation after complaints from people who felt the dog was abused. You can read more on that here.
