Inspiration for Change

I came across this video below today.  It should be an inspiration for anyone in any type of organization – great for those of you in small businesses or those in leadership at churches .  It drives home the impact of creativity.

  • Find ways to pleasantly surprise people
  • Give them a chance to interact
  • Make the ordinary become extraordinary
  • Change their behaviour and perspective
  • Capture their imagination and creativity
  • Change mundane into fun
