In this blog, I write marketing insights that come from 25-years of marketing and sales experience within my corporate, entrepreneurial, and non-profit experiences.
I am the Marketing Navigator at MinistryStory.com which is a church marketing agency that works with ministries internationally to help them with digital and print communications strategies and tools.
My purpose here on the Navigate Your Marketing Blog is to blend my experiences in corporate marketing with those in ministry. It is my desire to share insights and knowledge I have from both these sectors to help pastors, ministry leaders, and churches to communicate better…and ultimately with excellence. I personally think that Christian Churches have a critical role to play in their communities. Sometimes however, they struggle in their efforts to implement marketing initiatives that can help their ministries be more successful in connecting with people effectively. Oftentimes this is simply because churches lack the professional expertise and guidance they need to strategically plan the best course of action. I hope that by sharing some of my experiences, thoughts, and ideas that it will build an online resource where church leaders can learn and discuss marketing in a ministry context.
